Custom Orders
I appreciate your interest in working with me on a custom order. A custom order is just that; an item you’d like me to make especially for you that is not part of my current inventory.
As such, I do require 50% deposit. Upon receipt of deposit, I will begin working on your project and communicate an estimated completion date (typically 4 weeks but, if longer, I will let you know). Upon completion of order, remainder of price and applicable shipping (if not included in quoted price) is due before item will ship.
Within 24 hours of payment of deposit, you can cancel your order and we will refund you any monies sent, less fees, if applicable.
You will (or have already) receive a detailed description of the product that I am making just for you based on your input. Receipt of your deposit is considered agreement of order. Change orders can affect the cost of the project dramatically ($25 per change), so it’s best to make sure you know exactly what you are getting BEFORE we begin. The cost of the product is also identified on this invoice, as per our discussions, whether by phone, email, text or messenger.
Due to the nature of the custom item, I cannot offer any refunds except in the case of a product malfunction beyond normal wear and tear. At my discretion, I may accept the bag back in NEW condition and offer an in-store credit within 7 days of receipt. A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the credit balance.
